Terms of use

What DiscountNearby is

DiscountNearby lists offers from shops and online stores in Bangladesh. The offers are run by the businesses themselves, not by us. We don't sell the products and we are not part of your purchase.

How we check offers

Every offer marked "Verified offer" was checked on the business's own website or with the business on the date shown, and links to its source.

Businesses can change or end an offer at any time, so we can't guarantee an offer will still be available when you use it. Always confirm the price and conditions before you pay. If an offer is wrong, tell us and we will check it again.

Public listings and trademarks

Some businesses are listed from information they publish themselves, and are marked "Public listing". Listing a business doesn't mean it endorses DiscountNearby or that we have a partnership with it. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

If you run a listed business and want a listing corrected, taken over or removed, contact us and we will act on it promptly.

Registering a business

Listing is free. When you ask to be listed, you confirm that you own the business or are allowed to list it, and that what you send is true. We may ask for proof, and we may refuse or remove a listing or offer that is misleading.

Paid placement on the leaderboard

Positions on the Number 1 Brand/Shop board are bought, ranked by weekly bid, and labelled as paid. Paying never changes how we check offers.

Bids are covered by our Bid Policy, which you accept before you pay. It sets out what a bid buys, how payments are checked, the content rules, and exactly when money is and isn't refunded.

Business services

Business services have no fixed price list. The price, and what is included, are agreed with you in writing before any work starts, and nothing is owed until you agree.

Careers

Sending a CV through DiscountNearby is free for job seekers. We introduce candidates to businesses but are not the employer, and we can't promise a job. Make sure what you send is true and is your own.

Liability

We work to keep information accurate but provide the site as it is. We aren't responsible for a business's products, prices or refusal to honour an offer. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
